Meet the Doctors

Dr. Jay

Dr. Jay Gohel moved to Pennsylvania after graduating with High Honors from the Boston University Dental School. Upon graduation he was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society and also received an award of Excellence from the Department of periodontology. He is proud to be a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association and honored to have been chosen as one of the Best Dentists of America for 2014 and 2015.

Dr. Jay is certified in Implants, Invisalign and Cerec and continues to take many advanced courses every year to enhance his skills to better serve the dental care needs of his patients and provide them with gentle and comfortable dental experience.

Outside the office he enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife Preeti and their children Arya and Arjun.

Dr. Simy Mathew

Dr. Simy Mathew completed her B.D.S ( Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from India in 2000. She has since worked in the Middle East and the United Kingdom before moving to the United States. She then graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (UPENN) in 2013.

Dr. Mathew became certified in implants in 2019 and is currently working towards a fellowship in Oral Implantology. She has over 20 years of experience, and enjoys helping her patients get over their dental anxieties by providing exceptionally gentle care.

In her spare time, Dr. Mathew enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and dancing.

Dr. Guo

Dr. Kathy Guo graduated from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry with honors. Growing up locally in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania, Dr. Guo prides herself on the ability to provide comprehensive care to the whole family while also serving her local community.

Dr. Guo was drawn to dentistry at a young age, as she knew she had a strong desire to not only help people become a healthier version of themselves; but also to be in a career that catered to her inner artist. As a self-proclaimed artist at heart, dentistry has provided the best of both worlds for Dr. Guo and her passion for dentistry is obvious in the dental treatment she provides.

Besides creating beautiful smiles and helping her patients become a healthier version of themselves, Dr. Guo loves that there is no one "set path" in dentistry and that there are so many avenues to help her patients achieve the smiles of their dreams in a way that is comfortable to them! Her dental technique focuses on advocating for patients sot hey are informed on their oral health while providing gentle and meticulous care.

In her spare time, Dr. Guo loves baking, decorating cakes, cross-stich and hiking!
